1. Parties and Acceptance
These Terms of Service govern the use of Nords AI operated by NORDS OYUN YAZILIM VE PAZARLAMA ANONIM SIRKETI. Use of the services constitutes acceptance of these terms.

3. Eligibility
Use is restricted to individuals aged 18 or older with legal capacity.
4. Account Requirements
Users must provide accurate registration data, maintain confidentiality of credentials and are responsible for all activities conducted through their accounts.
5. Service Description
Nords AI provides software and advertising-technology services including multi-channel ad delivery and analytics. Features may change without prior notice.
6. User Obligations
Users must not engage in unlawful activities, interfere with system performance, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer any component or violate intellectual property rights.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All software, models, datasets, interfaces and branding belong to Nords AI or its licensors. A limited, revocable, non-transferable license is granted for access. No other rights are granted.
8. Fees and Billing (EU Consumer Rights Directive compliant)
If the service includes paid plans:
- Fees, billing periods and refund rules are disclosed before purchase.
- No hidden charges.
- Users have a right to withdraw from a digital service contract before activation unless explicitly waived.
9. Modifications and Availability
Nords AI may modify or suspend the service. No guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Planned maintenance or service interruptions will be communicated when feasible.
10. Termination
Nords AI may terminate accounts for breach, legal requirements, misuse or security risk. Upon termination, access ceases and data processing follows the Privacy Policy.
11. Data Processing Compliance (GDPR, KVKK, CCPA/CPRA)
All personal data is processed according to the Nords AI Privacy Policy. Users retain all rights under GDPR, KVKK and California privacy law.
12. Export Compliance (US requirement)
Users may not access or use the services in violation of United States export control laws or sanctions.
13. United States Consumer Protection Compliance
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent allowed by US federal and state law, Nords AI disclaims all implied warranties. Consumer statutory rights remain unaffected.
14. Limitation of Liability
Nords AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive or revenue-loss damages. Direct liability is limited to amounts paid in the preceding 12 months. This clause applies unless restricted by mandatory EU or US state consumer law.
15. No Class Action
To the extent permitted by law, disputes must be pursued on an individual basis. If a jurisdiction prohibits class-action waivers, local law applies.
16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
For EU consumers: mandatory consumer protection and jurisdiction rules apply. For other users: Turkish law applies and disputes are resolved in Istanbul courts.
17. Unlawful Use Notice (US requirement)
The service may not be used for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose.
18. Updates to the Terms
These terms may be updated. Continued use after update constitutes acceptance.
